Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Preferably, 1 year of previous IT and/or technical computer experience.
- Knowledge - Windows and Windows office related software installation and troubleshooting
- Networking skills - good cooperation skills, ability to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations, ability to cooperate with people with different views and culture
- Communications skills. ability to clearly and unambiguously explain issues related to work, company's rules and procedures.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.
- Ability to lift and move objects, often ranging from 10 pounds regularly to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to adhere to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations and live unit policies and procedures.
Nice to have
- Associate degree (Preferred) and/or equivalent technical training.

- Pay Rate: $23 + up to $3.00 Hourly Performance Bonus
