About the role
- We're looking for a Head of Product, AI to help shape the future of Leona.
- This is a high-ownership role for someone equally excited by product strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and overall product direction
- Drive execution across engineering, design, operations, and leadership to keep the team aligned and moving fast
- Work with growth to craft the story around new initiatives and drive successful product launches
- Bring more communication, organization, and accountability to the product development process, while helping to build the product culture and operating rhythm of the company
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- You will own your time and efforts, prioritizing the activities that have the largest impact for the company

Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience at an early-stage startup
- Strong grasp of AI products, with experience working on an AI-first product
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- With bases in San Francisco and Mexico City, our team brings together years of experience scaling companies like Uber, Rappi, Modern Fertility, and Wonder across the US and Latin America.
