About the role
- Prepare short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned to company strategy; facilitate roadmap reviews and prioritization discussions with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define and track product KPIs, usage analytics, and business metrics; translate data insights into actionable product improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Facilitate multi-functional communication and decision-making by collaborating with other Product Managers, Data Science, User Experience, Marketing & Development teams.
Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Truckstop's Rates product portfolio, balancing near-term feature delivery against the longer-term consolidation of existing products into a unified next-generation rates platform.
- Partner with Data Science to define, evaluate, and continuously improve the models and signals powering rates products, ensuring outputs are accurate, explainable, and actionable for end users.
- Develop ROI models and business cases for new rates features and products; partner with Finance and Product Marketing to evaluate market opportunity, set pricing strategy, and plan go-to-market execution.
- Define clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; partner with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver high-quality, on-time releases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and enablement for rates product launches and enhancements.
Requirements
- Degree(s) in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
- a quantitative background or advanced analytical coursework is required
- 4+ years in product management or an analytics centric role is required
