About the role
- The Cycle Counter Position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse by performing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring product locations are correct.
- Use RF scanners to verify inventory quantities, locations, and product movements.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by researching transactions and physical stock.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of count results and inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with warehouse, receiving, and production teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating a stand-up reach truck and cherry picker required.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Stand-up forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience as a Cycle Counter, Inventory Control Associate, or similar role preferred.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other WMS systems is a plus.
