Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and job sites
  • Accurately document work with notes, photos, and digital work orders

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

  • $50,000 - $70,000 USD
  • $20-30/hour during training Earning Potential: $50,000-$70,000 annually (performance pay after training)
  • $20-30/hour during training, with transition to performance-based pay ($50K-$70K annually)
