You'll work in close coordination with our Eval, Teleop, Fleet Ops and Engineering teams to catch issues as they happen, collect the right evidence, escalate to the right stakeholders and see problems through to resolution.

Support intake and triage across the fleet, applying a structured taxonomy to route issues to the correct team (e.g. hardware, software, deployment)
Partner directly with the eval, teleop and engineering teams to catch and capture issues in real time
Maintain and continuously improve triage documentation, tooling, workflows, and the ticket taxonomy as new failure modes emerge

A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, robotics or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Exposure to eval or teleop data pipelines
