- Conduct inspections at RTH production to ensure Food Safety & Quality requirements are met & recorded in the appropriate form
- Verification of the accuracy of ingredients being used for production based on culinary recipe
- Verification cook & chill temperature limits have been met & documented appropriately
- Ensure post-lethality exposed product is properly stored to prevent cross contamination
- Conduct finished product inspections to ensure product is released according to Food Safety & Quality requirements
- Verification of chemical titration prior to each use
- Ensure accuracy of labeling for finished products
