- Conducts investigations following complaints of lack of heat, filth, interior and exterior appearances, overcrowding, and so forth.
- Prepares and turns in reports of investigations.

Requirements

- Will be required to learn to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency, office, or related units.
- At least one (1) year of experience in building inspection, building repair, building maintenance, construction, construction inspection, and/or other work concerned with building structures and/or building repair.

Compensation
- $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
