About the role
- Work closely with the Fixed Assets team to prepare borrowing requests, supporting files and other deliverables for CoreWeave's delayed draw term loan facilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates and associated schedules
- Be an integral part of the team handling debt fundraising initiatives, supporting deal structuring, due diligence, execution and funding
Responsibilities
- This position initially reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and will support our debt management, covenant compliance and lender reporting.
- You will partner closely with internal teams like Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, Legal and Corporate Development, and with our lenders, to facilitate the company's rapid growth.
- Prepare materials used for investor, management, and board-level presentations to support capital management decisions
- Support interest rate hedging activities by analyzing and forecasting exposure, reconciling trades and settlements, and preparing hedge recommendations, memos and hedge designation documentation

Requirements
- Ability to think creatively
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- You have worked at a cloud infrastructure provider, or in another fixed asset-heavy industry and are familiar with financing structures used in those industries
- You have extensive experience with debt management and reporting in another industry
- A high level of ownership and curiosity will be required, as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes.
Nice to have
- Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience in Netsuite, and Bloomberg is a plus) including AI tools.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large scale, cross-functional workstreams.
- Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required.
- Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000.
