Responsibilities
- Create engaging content, promotions, and contests to grow brand awareness and audience engagement
- Identify and implement new ways to increase consumer engagement through digital channels
- Marketing Coordination & Brand Support
- Support regional brand managers with New Product Development projects and cross-functional coordination
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Process invoices, create requisitions, and manage purchase order (P.O.) tracking for the regional team
- Track sponsorship requests, coordinate approvals, and manage order placement and delivery
- Provide centralized administrative support to the Marketing team, including correspondence and presentations
- Attend and support events to capture content for social media and marketing use
Requirements
- Prepare internal communications such as memos, letters, and agreements as required
- Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required to support events and business needs.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience managing professional social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to demonstrate behaviours aligned with organizational values
