About the role

  • We are seeking a Workday Application Administrator to join our team who will be a true partner with the business to optimize Workday.
  • In this role, you will work with the business and IT in deploying solutions around talent by helping to optimize the talent calibration process and enabling the career hub.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements, new functionality rollouts, and cross-functional integrations
  • Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, and scheduled releases
  • Partner with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals
  • Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, and system impacts
  • Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and support of Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules
  • 7+ years of experience with HR systems and tools, including project management and system lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Compensation

  • Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation.
  • For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus.
  • For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission.
  • When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone.
  • In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
