Responsibilities
- Recon/ Build-Back Technician
- You'll have opportunities to attend workshops and trainings to stay ahead of the curve and develop your skill set.
- Recon/Build-Back Technician Responsibilities
- Perform grout, caulking, and finish work
- Perform minor drywall repairs and patching as needed
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality workmanship
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience with shower surround installations, tub surrounds, backsplashes, floors, and walls
- Must be a hard worker, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
Nice to have
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Texture matching
- Finish carpentry
- Reconstruction and restoration projects
