Responsibilities
- Fulfilling this mission requires employees working across our hospitals, clinics, programs, and offices to deliver services and support the communities we serve.
- Manages, supervises, and schedules assigned personnel, including completing performance appraisals, and carrying out appropriate disciplinary actions as needed.
- Designs, implements, and evaluates pharmaceutical services.
Requirements
- License status must be "Current" according to https://search.dca.ca.gov/

- Knowledge of current methods and procedures of pharmacies and contemporary pharmacy practice
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations as related to Pharmacy
- Ability to supervise and monitor pharmacy staff and its functions and to delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize activities, use initiative and act independently
- Ability to teach, train, and orient individuals in pharmacy operations and procedures, and drug therapy
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
Compensation
- $218,920 - $266,032 Annually
