About the role

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Position duties may include, but are not limited to: Core Nursing: Assists with development, implementation, teaching, and evaluating the philosophy and program learning outcomes of the nursing education program.
  • This includes theory and clinical courses, skills lab, simulation, and student tutoring.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the designs, implementation, teaching, evaluation, and revision of the
  • Actively participates in the systematic plan for curriculum design, program evaluation and program revision.
  • Develops student success plans and remediates "at risk"
  • Demonstrates and maintains knowledge of overall program, program outcomes and course outcomes.
  • Maintains all records on student performance, e., Student Success Plan and Mid-term and final clinical evaluations.
  • Support students' progression in the academic program and socialization into the role of an advanced practice nurse/nurse practitioner.
