About the role

Responsibilities

  • We promise to provide you full-time compensation regardless of patient cancellations because that is the right thing to do to support our teammates.
  • Direct support and guidance from a dedicated treatment team of one BCBA and a united team of RBTs.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.

Nice to have

  • Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
  • Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.
  • Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles.
  • Psychology degree helpful.
  • Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
  • Available Monday - Friday from 7:45am -4:30pm.
  • Experience and a passion for working with children!
