About the role

Your career starts now as an entry-level or experienced RBT who will collectively change the lives of our little patients.
Rates from $20-$29/hr for RBTs. - Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off - We recognize that our teammates have important aspects of their lives outside of work.
Dealing with autism can be difficult for anyone.

We promise to provide you full-time compensation regardless of patient cancellations because that is the right thing to do to support our teammates.
Direct support and guidance from a dedicated treatment team of one BCBA and a united team of RBTs.

Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.
Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles.
Psychology degree helpful.
Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
Available Monday - Friday from 7:45am -4:30pm.
