About the role
- The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is tasked to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM systems and processes.
- This role supports authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance processes while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, etc.)
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services
- Manage user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models
- Support compliance initiatives (SOX, etc.)
- Maintain audit logs and documentation
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for IAM-related incidents
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7+ years of experience in IAM or related security roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams spanning IT, Security, HR, and business units
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and business teams
- Demonstrated experience designing and administering enterprise IAM solutions, focused on Okta
- Okta, Google Auth, Jumpcloud, Auth0
- Identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Strong documentation and communication skills
