Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex materials development programs through the gated review processes.
- Scope, develop and manage test programs to demonstrate and validate a wide variety of material
- Manage materials development programs to meet cost, quality and delivery commitments
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Materials or Chemistry with at least two years of hands on experience
- Must be a US Citizen and be eligible to obtain DoD clearance
- Knowledge of polymer matrix composites, ceramic matrix composites and ceramic coatings
- Knowledge of sol-gel based processes
- Experience with developing or using process models for chemical processes
- Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking to a range of technical problems
