About the role
- JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Entry level HR Generalist role.
- Responsible for supporting employees with general HR inquiries, and managing transactions related to the complete life cycle of an employee.
- This role will identify opportunities to increase efficiency in service delivery by focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports
- Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service
Requirements
- Must be able to work 2nd shift 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday through Friday
Nice to have
- Experience working with Workday or similar ATS system
- Experienced with ADP pay system
- Has experience working in a manufacturing environment
