About the role

- The Pima County Public Library is hiring for a part-time Library Technical Assistant.
- They should be comfortable performing high-volume circulation functions, helping patrons of all ages and backgrounds, and demonstrate an understanding of providing great customer service in a public library setting.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience.
- Minimum two (2) years experience with technology (email, eBooks, Microsoft Office, personal electronic devices such as tablets, cell phones, e-readers, library website, Google forms or docs).
- Experience using an Integrated Library System (ILS), such as Sierra, Polaris, SirsiDynix, Millenium, Alma, Symphony, Horizon, Carl, and/or Apollo.
- Experience using a copier and fax.
- Experience using a cash register and handling money.
Compensation
- $17.90 - $24.16 Per Hour Range Explanation: Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer.
