Responsibilities
- HP IQ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support to our SVP, Design Innovation while also providing operational support to the Design team.
- In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to SVP, Design Innovation by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and executing with precision, while also keeping all operational processes for the Design Team running smoothly.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for HP IQ's SVP, Design & Innovation
- Prepare expense reports, route vendor invoices and purchase orders for approval, book and manage travel
- Act as a liaison representing SVP across teams (Design, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc) internally at HP IQ and across the HP organization
- Develop a strong partnership with Chief of Staff and collaborate on day-to-day operations and projects, build relationships with EA's across HP for efficient scheduling
- Collaborate with Senior Design Producers on a regular basis to support the daily operations of the Design team
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for HP IQ's SVP, Design & Innovation; independently prioritize and make decisions to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Experience providing project management support on high-priority projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with managing multiple calendars
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem solve quickly and effectively
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Skills

Compensation
- $125,000- $175,000
- Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
- The salary range for this role is listed above.
- Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
