About the role

Responsibilities
- Dining Services at Madison College Truax Branch Campus is seeking a Food Services Associate to join their team and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, focusing on executing services, initiatives, projects, and events for Madison College Dining Services.

- Supports food preparation by prepping ingredients and assembling meals according to service standards.
- Performs cleaning tasks by maintaining sanitation standards, cleaning work areas and ensuring equipment and serving stations are properly maintained.
- Manages inventory and supplies by processing deliveries, restocking coolers and supply areas and ensuring proper storage of food and beverage items.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks to maintain food service work areas, equipment and serving stations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification during the onboarding process
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.

Compensation
- (For current employees, pay may not be restricted to the posted range and will be set in accordance with the Madison College Compensation Manual guidelines for internal salary placement.)
- Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
