About the role

  • We capture digital exhaust and engineering context from assembly lines-images, test logs, BOM data, performance, repair cycles-and our AI engines identify insights that are difficult or impossible for human engineers to find.
  • Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of hardware and software.
  • You'll bring a strong product management toolkit, a bias for action, and the ability to accelerate team velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturing stakeholders - from factory floor engineers to executives - to uncover insights and drive product-market fit.
  • Own the roadmap and execution for a core product area.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and deliver high-velocity impact.
  • Drive strong product management rituals (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, KPI tracking) and model effective execution.

Requirements

  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and frequent pivots inherent in a startup environment, with a track record of creating clarity for teams.
  • Experience introducing and integrating AI tools/processes into product workflows.

Compensation

  • $174k-$227k
