Responsibilities

  • Maintain full control of your schedule: you pick your appearances, when and where (within the city/region).
  • Prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, update status post-appearance.
  • As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and you can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration team of attorneys and legal assistants.

Requirements

  • Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
  • Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
  • Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff.
  • Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.
  • Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Nice to have

  • Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience (court/agency).
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).

Compensation

  • $80k-120k USD DOE
