Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Field Schedulers and Resident Maintenance Specialists, including hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Provide support to resolve issues or escalations and ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily and promptly.
- Lead meetings aligned with seasonal and operational trends, proactively addressing the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with various departmental teams to ensure completion of all service needs within the assigned territory.

Requirements
- Experience in leading teams is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work weekends, as needed required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or five years of progressive responsibility in a maintenance/call center environment preferred.
Compensation
- The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $63,909.00 to $79,864.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Additional Compensation
- and a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
