About the role

  • Avery Dennison is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition & Internal Hiring Operations Coordinator.
  • This position requires clear communication and proactive collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding their pre-employment screening status, answering questions and providing clear, timely updates and instructions.

Responsibilities

  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is skilled at working independently.
  • You are incredibly organized and enjoy prioritizing and multitasking in a high-volume environment.
  • You have an impeccable skill for attention to detail.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete a high volume of tasks with little guidance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional, clear, and service-oriented interaction.
