Responsibilities
- Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Café Manager to lead our team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous management or supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee/espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership, math, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations. (Food Safety Manager Certification preferred).
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, and capable of solving problems on the fly.
