Responsibilities
- Serve as a peer lead during assigned shifts by helping coordinate day-to-day data collection work, supporting and coaching teammates, answering questions, and escalating issues as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
- Manipulate robotic arms to perform a variety of assigned tasks while collecting accurate, high-quality data used to support AI and robotics development.
- Create and follow task prompts, troubleshoot issues, and use problem-solving skills to improve task execution and data quality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- This is an ideal role for recent STEM university graduates, or students enrolled in a STEM-related degree program.
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
Nice to have
- This full-time role is paid hourly at $22-$23/hr.

- The role is full-time, with working hours between 7 AM and 3 PM PT or with working hours between 3 PM - 11 PM PT, Monday through Friday, depending on the candidate's availability and business needs.
