Responsibilities
- Maintain program oversight for the Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) for nurse residents through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Requirements
- This role utilizes a data-driven approach to conduct housewide and unit-specific required training to close performance gaps.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or equivalent
- If you are offered a position with us, you will be required to complete an authorization and disclosure form that gives Northwestern Medicine permission to run the background check.
