Responsibilities
- Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams
- Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements
- Manage priority of the backlog in Jira
- Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time
- Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners
- Support questions from production users
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
Nice to have
- Salesforce administrator certification
- Previous start up company experience
- System integration consulting experience
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $84,539 - $112,719 annually.
