About the role
- The role is accountable for product financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, adoption, and return on investment.
- The role also serves as the voice of the customer by actively gathering feedback from clients and frontline associates, identifying opportunities for innovation, and continuously improving the client experience.
- Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution while driving profitable growth and delivering treasury solutions that differentiate Forbright Bank in the middle market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for commercial deposit, treasury management, and payments products serving middle market businesses
- Own product P&L, pricing strategy, profitability, utilization, adoption, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive commercial growth and portfolio performance
- Lead vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Finance to successfully develop, launch, and enhance products
- Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering with clients, Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, and frontline associates to identify product opportunities, improve the client experience, and support business development efforts
- Develop product training and sales enablement materials to support successful product launches
- Perform other duties as assigned
