- Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise
- Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze system performance statistical data to improve quality & ensure optimal performance of all Storage environments
- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of storage hardware and operating systems software
- Assists with backup & recovery procedures
- Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work
- Experience architecting and operating Rubrik backup platforms, leveraging SLA Domains, immutable backups, replication, and cyber recovery for on‑prem and cloud workloads
