About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and land end-to-end strategy and planning for the Acquisition team, constantly driving operational improvements.
  • Support goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business. Tests the organization by working on plans to address opportunities and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
  • Manage program operational initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations with executive stakeholder management.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with planning, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience with SQL, database, scripting, and business intelligence tools.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience at both the strategic and operational level in B2B Sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends and market dynamics.
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.

  • You will be passionate about strategy, planning, and flawless operations.
  • You'll be the trusted advisor for the Sales teams, helping them to grow in fast growing markets and complex scenarios with the scale that SMB requires.
  • You will have strong communication, analytical, creativity, program management, and problem solving skills.

Compensation

  • $152k-$222k

  • Equity is granted exclusively and discretionarily by Alphabet Inc. on the basis of an agreement concluded between you and Alphabet Inc.
