About the role
- The purpose of the Master Production Planner's role is to plan rough cut capacity and provide monthly production volumes across all plant locations.
- The incumbent of this position will also be responsible for planning production actions for peak seasons and times of extended shutdowns.

- Manage key supplier purchasing forecasts to optimize inventories and service levels
- This program pairs employees and leaders to grow skills, build stronger internal networks and strengthen the company's succession planning process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, which should include 1 year of experience in production planning or order management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

- Knowledge of manufacturing locations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Minimal travel, 0-15 days per year
- Work environment is an office setting
Compensation
- $84,300.00-$115,900.00 Annual
- This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
- Minimal travel, 0-15 days per year
