About the role
- You'll be the focal point for program success, driving alignment across engineering, supply chain, and customer experience teams.
Responsibilities
- Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
- Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and works on multiple projects, simultaneously.
- Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
- Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners
- Manages program to ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
- collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
- Customer First Mindset: Collaborate with product planning teams to define critical customer experiences. Document and execute plans that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve margins. Partner with cost and program teams to meet targets.
- Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
