Required Skills and Abilities 1.
Proven experience obtaining informed consent and clinical trial recruitment.
Proficiency in data entry, data management, and basic analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, and REDCap.
Previous experience in research settings.

Proficiency with common research analytic software and lab equipment, including but not limited to MS Office applications, data-entry systems, and virtual meeting platforms.

Proven experience working with diverse populations.
Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to problem-solve.
Organizational
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills and Abilities 1.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, public health, neuroscience, or a health science discipline.
Advanced degrees or coursework in related fields are preferred.
Research Experience: Previous experience in research settings.
Familiarity with data collection software and statistical analysis tools.
Proven experience with REDCap, OnCore 3.
Certifications: Relevant certifications or training in clinical research, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
