About the role
- Reporting to the Store manager, you will:
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
Responsibilities
- 45 Winners Circle Drive, Arnprior
- You agree to complete a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, before starting work with the LCBO
Requirements
- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit)
- You must be at least 18 years old
Compensation
- Salary / Pay: $20.82/hour

- As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.
- Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
- Comfortable working with people (teammates and customers)
