About the role
- The employee must occasionally lift, push equipment.
- Lift, push, pull or carry from 10 to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- When provided with the necessary service literature, has the technical expertise to service, perform maintenance and repair most:
- Performs site start-up services for newly installed commercial equipment
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance services as determined by customer
- Performs proper evaluation and diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment at customer sites; which may include bringing questionable situations with equipment and/or customers to the immediate supervisor's attention
- Performs cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils, fan and ductwork
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level determined by management
- Must maintain current, valid driver's license & satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Requirements
- Appearance must be clean and neat at all times
- Truck and all equipment must be clean at all times
- Must have ability to get into and work in very close/tight areas in performing service calls and installing equipment.
Compensation
- $10k-$50k
