Responsibilities
- Overview Lead Structural Engineer - Building - St.
- Our Building Design Group offers comprehensive structural engineering for commercial and multifamily residential spaces.

Requirements
- Increase proficiency in relevant design, modeling, and analysis software applications such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel, SteelSmart, and Simpson CFS Designer.
- Increase your knowledge of local codes and industry standards.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- 8+ years of relevant structural engineering design experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood).
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices specific to high-seismic regions.
Nice to have
- B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel).
- Experience assembling calculation packages for submittal to agencies (DSA and HCAI a plus).
- Revit experience including modeling and producing construction drawings is preferred.
- Experience with seismic evaluations and retrofits per ASCE 41 a plus.
