About the role

We are seeking experienced Patient Engagement Specialists to join our Telehealth Services team.
Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST (9:00am-6:00pm EST) compensated at a rate of $17.00 per hour, with no end date at this time.
You will leverage CareTalk's platform, client systems and specialized tools hosted in Amazon Workspaces to provide exceptional patient service through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage virtual visits and appointment schedules efficiently.

Windows or Apple Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones) Must have at least Windows 10 or MacOS 13.
Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality.
Required for video calls. (Webcam) Laptops will come with a built in webcam which is fine.
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.

Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router
Browser and System: Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type).
Video Capability Required: Required for video calls. (Webcam) Laptops will come with a built in webcam which is fine.
Recommended Equipment: A second monitor is suggested for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.

Knowledge of medical terminology, basic health assessments, and health education (Preferred).
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation procedures. (Preferred)
