Responsibilities

  • Lead all on site construction activities from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
  • Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently
  • Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

Requirements

  • The Superintendent's home base must be within the Southern California region.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects
  • Tilt up construction and or industrial project experience required
  • Home base must be located within the Southern California region
  • Travel required based on project needs

Compensation
