- This role is ideal for a hands on field leader with strong tilt up or industrial construction experience who thrives in fast paced environments and is comfortable traveling for projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead all on site construction activities from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
- Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently
- Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
Requirements
- The Superintendent's home base must be within the Southern California region.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects
- Tilt up construction and or industrial project experience required
- Home base must be located within the Southern California region
- Travel required based on project needs
Compensation
