About the role
- Summary: Golden Care of Northeast PA, Inc. is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our compassionate team.
- Under the general supervision of clinical management, the HHA will provide general aide care to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- This role may include on-call duties for after-hours work.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and support their efforts toward self-sufficiency and independence.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands, talk, and hear
- frequently required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and lift/move over 100 pounds.

Nice to have
- At least one year of patient care experience preferred, but not required.
Skills
- General care skills, observation skills, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of home health care and government regulations.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Caring attitude, empathy, tact, and patience.
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
