  • Northmarq is hiring a Loan Surveillance Analyst to join its Servicing team in its Bloomington office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage own workload to efficiently meet benchmarks within the department.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks/projects as assigned within department.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and analyze risk
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the finance, economics, real estate, or accounting area.
  • Monitor maturing loans and provide the required notices to borrowers.

Nice to have

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Background in commercial lending or servicing preferred.
  • Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Compensation

  • Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience.
  • The salary range for the Loan Surveillance Analyst position is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually.
  • This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
