Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Accurately record production data and update manufacturing systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report equipment or process issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Support the training of new employees as required.
  • Depending on the assigned work area, employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow clean manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality and safety.

Compensation

  • The expected starting wage for this position is $20.43-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Actual compensation is determined based on work location, experience, education, training, internal equity, and external market data.
  • The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $20 to $26.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
  • Ten paid holidays annually
