About the role

  • Starting wage is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • The Delivery Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of the company's truck with a typical weight capacity of 30-55,000 pounds (GVW).

Responsibilities

  • Collect, document, and properly secure money received to ensure alignment with customer paperwork.
  • Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR).
  • Perform and document inspections to ensure truck and equipment are kept in good condition.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving.
  • Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack.
  • Experience in handling commercial and residential deliveries.
  • Ability to service all region's distribution centers.
  • Travel is required for this position.
