About the role

  • Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is a leading management consulting firm that helps companies throughout their business lifecycle.
  • As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, end-to-end, NetSuite ERP projects.
  • Services & Construction (Project-Based Businesses) - Focus: Resource-driven organizations and professional services.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Management: Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Project/Risk Management: Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop robust risk mitigation plans. Serve as the primary escalation point for the C-suite, proactively identify systemic project risks and lead complex negotiations.
  • Project Governance: Lead Steering Committee meetings to maintain executive-level alignment. Set expectations, establish milestones, develop essential project management artifacts, and lead status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor burn rates, and execute change orders as needed to align with evolving project scopes.
  • Business Alignment: Build a deep understanding of the client's long-term goals and objectives and provide recommendations and solutions that help achieve those goals. Ability to step back from the NetSuite application and see the big picture.
  • Requirements Definition: Lead business process discovery sessions for enterprise clients, translating global business requirements into long-term technology roadmaps that extend beyond NetSuite.
  • Process Design: Design and present "to-be" processes by applying industry leading practices and leveraging relatable prior experiences to drive operational efficiencies and automation across the business.
  • Delivery Strategy: Support the evolution of delivery methodologies and strategic planning to improve implementation efficiency.
  • Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop robust risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Coach and mentor junior consultants to build technical proficiency and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
  • Infinite curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions/answers using available resources, AI tools, etc.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and be able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
  • Willingness to dive into the weeds on a project, by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development.
  • Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities/ roles as needed to successfully get the job done.
  • Ability to drive the team to hit milestones, including addressing employee performance or issues that could arise during the engagement.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Understanding of key Project Management principles.

Compensation

  • Specific compensation plans will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the office location, role, KPI's, skill set and level of experience.
  • Base salary compensation for this position ranges from:
  • United States: USD $110,000 - $170,000
  • Canada: CAD $150,000 - $233,000
  • Annual incentive compensation target of 20-26% of salary, paid in quarterly installments.
