About the role

  • ● Own and improve Live365's growth marketing strategy across organic, paid, and owned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve Live365's growth marketing strategy across organic, paid, and owned channels.
  • Build and manage a practical growth roadmap focused on measurable business impact.
  • Partner with leadership to align growth initiatives with business goals, pricing, packaging, product launches, and customer segments.
  • Lead Live365's SEO and AI search optimization efforts.
  • Own keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO recommendations, internal linking, search reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Help develop new Live365 web, landing pages, content hubs, resource centers, and other search-focused assets.
  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads.
  • Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, budget allocation, ad copy, landing page alignment, testing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop clear testing plans for paid campaigns, including goals, budgets, success metrics, and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns for qualified trials, paid conversions, CAC, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, acquisition marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, self-serve, or recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Experience testing and optimizing paid acquisition across additional platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, or similar channels.
  • Familiarity with AI search optimization, including AEO, GEO, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, answer engines, and generative AI-driven discovery.
  • Experience with funnel measurement, attribution, landing page performance, conversion optimization, and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear recommendations, tests, and next steps.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including the ability to set up custom event tracking, manage third-party pixels, and troubleshoot data-layer issues to ensure accurate full-funnel attribution.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also executing directly in a small-team environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword strategy, budget management, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong SEO experience, including keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO fundamentals, search performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience working with free trial, demo, lead, or self-serve conversion funnels.
  • Strong writing skills for ads, landing pages, emails, website copy, SEO content, and campaign messaging.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve marketing research, content planning, SEO analysis, campaign testing, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Comfort working closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to improve acquisition, lead quality, conversion, and revenue performance.
