- You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A high degree of initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a healthcare, insurance, or technology-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Salary Range: $116,820.00 - $142,780.00

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
Nice to have
- Direct experience managing projects in the areas of automation and/or Generative AI is strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management software like Jira, Clarizen is a plus.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Professional in Managing AI (CPMAI) is a plus.
Compensation
- $116,820.00 - $142,780.00

- This job is also eligible for variable pay.
