Responsibilities
- Support product engineering activities across new product development, sustaining engineering, and customer failure analysis (FA) initiatives
- Analyze engineering data and generate insights to support product development and continuous improvement efforts
- Work closely with Design Engineering (DE), Product Engineering (PE), and Test Engineering (TE) teams to execute project deliverables and resolve technical challenges
- Assist in investigating customer-reported issues and support failure analysis activities to drive timely resolution
