Responsibilities
- This position provides support to plasterers and foremen by preparing job sites, handling materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with the installation and application of commercial plastering systems.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work overhead for extended +periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn commercial plastering techniques and construction practices.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial construction, plastering, masonry, drywall, or stucco.
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
