About the role
- The team is made up of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical experience.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Initiative Project Management, and Execution (40%): Takes ownership of complex tasks to achieve goals, largely independently managing key products and processes.

- Business-Driven Presentations (15%): Facilitates effective meetings by leading discussions and engaging participants.
- Connects insights to present appropriately to the team and stakeholders, effectively communicating patterns, trends, and action plans.
- Data Analysis & Insights (15%): Garners insights from objective and subjective data sources to demonstrate action plans that improve outcomes.
- Makes recommendations and decisions based on data, sound logic, relevant input, and stakeholder impact.
- Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $66,300.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
